Styleswitcher update & site rules.

Alright. Last night, (At 3:00am. ^_^=) I enabled the styleswitcher addon. A few glitches, but I fixed 'em.

Now, All we need for a functional styleswitcher are banners.
We need a banner for each mascot. (Haunter, Porygon, Ralts, Metang).
IDGAF what sizes the banners are.

If you could, please donate banners. < 3.


Also, Head over to the rules forum topic. I amended them a little.

I'll start working on my banner =D I'll make one for Ralts.
